I created The Meno Collective to be the evidence-based, no-BS resource I wish I had when I hit midlife and suddenly felt like my body was changing without my permission. I gained 30 pounds during perimenopause — not because I was lazy or undisciplined, but because no one was talking about the real impact of hormonal shifts on sleep, stress, cravings, and muscle loss.

I'm a proud Canadian, a lifelong lover of music, and a mother of three, plus many pets.🐶🐶😺

Before stepping fully into the world of coaching, I spent many years teaching piano — something that still brings me joy. Like a true Canadian, I love my hockey (go Canucks and Oilers go!) and I have a deep affection for nature, animals, and this beautiful country I call home. 🇨🇦

When I’m not coaching, playing the piano, or hanging out with my family, you’ll usually find me moving — it’s my form of therapy. I love strength training at the gym, but I’m most at peace when I’m outside: hiking forested trails, exploring mountain peaks, or paddling a quiet lake with my husband.

Nature is where I reset, reflect, and reconnect — it’s part of how I “flourish,” and it’s a big reason I encourage my clients to find movement they genuinely enjoy, too.

I'm also an INFJ — which means I tend to sense what people are feeling, often before they do themselves. I'm not big on small talk, but I love diving deep into big ideas, meaningful conversation, and the “why” behind everything. Gosh, I'm a thinker... my husband says maybe too much. 😂

I care fiercely about fairness, women & human rights, and protecting the vulnerable — both animals and people. You’ll find that my coaching isn’t just about macros and reps — it’s rooted in compassion, connection, and a deep respect for your lived experience.👊
